The Role
A career in community housing offers purpose, meaning, and the chance to make a lasting impact. As a Housing Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the delivery of housing services and supporting vulnerable communities across the region.
In this role, you will lead, manage, and inspire a team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and a strong values-driven culture. You’ll take ownership of all aspects of team leadership, from recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management, through to coaching, mentoring, and facilitating regular debriefs to support wellbeing and resilience.
You will act as the escalation point for complex cases, providing expert guidance and ensuring decisions align with organisational policies, government regulations, and sector best practice. With a clear focus on compliance, you’ll be responsible for ensuring your team consistently meets service standards, legislative requirements, and contractual obligations.
Your oversight will also extend to managing and reporting on service and business performance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the expansion of housing services in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
